I highly suggest you all try “Zoodles” aka zucchini noodles. I used a grater because that’s all I had. Then fried it quick with a pinch of salt, pepper and garlic powder. No oil, just a spritz of olive oil Pam. It was really good. I also made a fresh sauce with 6 tomatoes, 2 garlic cloves, salt, pepper, a tbsp of olive oil and basil leaves. So yummy!
