Inner Healings through colonics

Cleansing and detoxing our bodies is so vital to our health. For some, we tend to take our bodies for granted because we don’t “physically” see what’s happening on the inside. But through the unfortunate outcomes of illness, disease, and cancer…it is only then do we start paying attention.

Did you know our colon has just as many nerve endings as our brain?  And when we eat food or drink liquids, we are digesting the emotions that go along with it. This causes inflammation and an over-growth of toxins to build up in our colons if they are not released consistently and timely. Many people are living with a medical diagnosis of bipolar disorder, depression, chronic fatigue, food sensitivities, allergies, etc. These are just a few of the issues that can contribute to painful bloating and irregularity.

Colon Hydrotherapy is definitely a physical process for the body to go through. You can release old fecal matter, release over growths of yeast and mucous, and the process can actually help tone the colon muscle, which aids in helping the colon function properly.

Now with that being said, I will also say that there are other processes of cleansing that we need to pay attention to in order to live in a healthier state. If people are truly open and ready to become healthier, they may in fact experience mental, emotional, and spiritual awakenings during their sessions as well. This may not happen for everyone, for everyone’s situation is different. Although, I have definitely been a part of the inner healings that happen for people, along with the physical reconnect between people and their gut. As a therapist, it’s a beautiful feeling to see people become motivated through their sessions, and they start wanting to make the necessary changes in their lives to feel better physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

With permission from a client, I’d like to share one of those experiences she encountered during her first session with me…

She is a public speaker, and is consistently travelling for work. She came in with a goal of cleansing her gut. She had been feeling weighed down by stress and the busy demands of her life, she felt like she had a lot of “gunk” in her stomach, due to bloat and irregularity. So we began the session!  I felt a lot of impactions in certain areas of her stomach, I do this by simply palpitating small movements around the outside of the stomach. So while focusing on trying to break up those impactions, we talked about some of the things going on in her life… I was able to help break up some of the stagnant energy in an area of the colon that could possibly inhibit her from feeling her self-worth.  At that moment, she began to realize that with her always having to be in the face of the public, not always feeling like she’s enough, feeling as if people aren’t always “hearing” her message…it made sense! The impactions/blockages in her colon could very contribute to the root of that issue.

I recently saw her for her second session, and she told me that she went out of town to speak shortly after that session, and she had gained a new found sense of worth, of self-acceptance, feeling that she is absolutely “enough” and more than “enough”.  Her speech went over so well, and people praised her for how wonderful she was! It’s almost crazy to think that simply removing build up of toxic matter in the colon, could actually improve one’s ability to feel an emotional balance?! But it really did for her, and she’s now on the right track to becoming healthier and healthier. She’s also incorporating some things to her diet, and already feels less bloat and discomfort physically. ~

SO, in conjunction with a healthy diet, lifestyle, and mind-set, Colon Hydrotherapy can absolutely help promote a better sense of wellbeing in all aspects of one’s life.
