Our Appointment Policies
We requiring a credit or debit card in order to hold at appointment time reservation. Your card will not be charged, only used to hold the appointment. If at the end of the appointment you want us to bill your service using this card, we can do so. If you would like to have an appointment without giving your card, you may ‘walk-in’. You may contact our receptionist to find out the schedule, however there is no guarantee that a therapist will be available, or that your desired service type will be available.
CANCELLATION POLICY & NO-SHOW POLICY
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Appointments who no show or late cancel will be charged a $20 convenience fee. At our discretion, we will require a credit card to book/hold your appointment. Gift certificates / coupons / promotions being recouped as payment for a service if there is a no-show, late arrival or late cancellation.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
Late arrivals will not extend past their original appointment time. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival. Just as much care, but a shorter appointment time with no fee adjustment. Arrivals where remaining service time are half or less than original service time, it is up to the therapist’s discretion as to reschedule the appointment, or continue in shorter time frame. Gift certificates/coupons/promotions being recouped as payment for a service if there is a no-show, late arrival or late cancellation.
EXPIRED DEALS AND VOUCHERS
WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXPIRED COUPONS, or DEALS on pre-purchased sessions. All expiration dates are firm. Vouchers that do not expire, you are given the value of your paid amount and must pay the difference of the full value of the appointment.
Sexual misconduct is forbidden. Client understands that any illicit or sexually aggressive remarks, advances or gestures will result in the immediate termination of the session and client will be liable for full payment of the scheduled appointment. Please note that law enforcement will be notified if we deem appropriate.
All clients must fill out a health intake form prior to treatment. This information is completely confidential and will not be shared with anyone without the client’s written consent. It is important that the client fill out the health form as truthful as possible to ensure that the therapist can provide the client with the best treatment possible.
We do not offer refunds on any of our services, at any time. Packages purchased are not able to be transferred, split or refunded at any time. No refunds will be provided for deposits or monies paid or cancellations received less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment. The covering shift manager reserves the right to make the final decision on any and all refunds issued. Packages purchased are not able to be transferred, split or refunded at any time. Packages expire after 1 year from purchase date, or as otherwise denoted by promotion.
LOSS OR DAMAGE
We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables on or near your person during your visit. For the protection of your clothing, we also ask that you wear the robe that is provided.
Rates do not include gratuity. 18-20% is both appropriate and appreciated. A cash gratuity is especially appreciated.
Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that could affect your service when making your reservation. Please note that persons employed by Symmetry are not doctors and not diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, or perform spinal/skeletal manipulations. Massage is not a substitute for medical treatment.
